Creating a meaningful, measurable impact on a global community of students who, by no fault of their own, could not afford or do not have access to learning opportunities that would make a genuine difference in their lives.  Grant and scholarship recipients are identified, in part, by their heart, and by their commitment to carry forward these opportunities and share in the stewardship of economic freedom to their peers and into the future.
